“Vulnerabilities in armed conflicts” – Keynote address by Ms. Christine Beerli, ICRC Vice-President

(ICRC) – Ms. Christine Beerli, ICRC vice-president, addresses vulnerabilities in armed conflicts during the 14th Bruges Colloquium held over October 17 and 18, 2013. Among other issues, Beerli discussed the recruitment and other association of children with armed forces or armed groups.
