(MSF)  – The few remaining hospitals in east Aleppo, already overwhelmed by the numbers of wounded, are facing yet another challenge: collecting people injured in the airstrikes. Just 11 ambulances are left in working order in the besieged city after five were hit by bombs, while eight are out of action because essential spare parts are unobtainable, international medical organisation Médecins Sans Frontières/ Doctors Without Borders (MSF) said today.
