(Relief Web) – This paper is transmitted to the Human Rights Council at its 24th session in view of the oral update of the Special Representative of the Secretary-General for Children and Armed Conflict. The Special Representative will submit her annual report to the Council in March 2014 in accordance with the annual programme of work of the Council and General Assembly resolution 66/141.
