Ms. Zerrougi has an extensive legal background, and, as the Deputy Head of the United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (MONUSCO), Ms. Zerrougui has first-hand knowledge of the challenges that children face in conflict zones.
