(IRC) – Dara’a Al Balad hospital was put out of action following a rocket attack on Monday evening (February 13). While no one was killed, four health workers were injured in the attack, which also caused huge damage throughout the hospital. Patients and medical services were moved to a safer location. The International Rescue Committee-supported hospital provides consultations to more than 5,000 patients each month, and was already treating more than 60 people injured in attacks carried out earlier in the day. On Sunday, an IRC health assistant was also slightly injured by shrapnel following another attack in the town. A second IRC-supported hospital in nearby Eastern Ghariyeh has also been forced to close due to the increased risk of attacks.\
