Decree 860 of 2010 (on preventing and addressing crimes committed by minors)

This decree was issued by the President of the Republic of Colombia on March 16, 2010. The decree, as Article 1 states, regulates the obligations of the State, society, and the Family, with the aim of preventing the commission of criminal acts by children and adolescents. The decree also regulates the responsibilities of parents or guardians responsible for the care of minors who have committed such infractions.
