This decision bans the employment of children under the age of 15 and limits the types of work that children aged between 15 and 18 years can perform.[1]
With the issuance of Ministerial Decision No. 12 of 2010, it is unlawful to employ young men and women before they have completed their basic education or reach the age of 15 full years, whichever comes second.
