Description

This law defines juvenile workers as individuals aged between 16 and 18 years old (Article 5), who are only permitted to engage in vocational education or training (Article 27). However, the law prohibits the employment of juveniles for more than six hours a day, ensuring they do not work for more than four consecutive hours (Article 28). A fine range from 500 to 1,000 LYD is imposed for violations (Article 121).
