Law No. 6 of 1977 amending Law No. 40 of 1974 on Service in the Armed Forces

The law added a paragraph to Article 6 of Law No. 40 of 1974 on Service in the Armed Forces, allowing for the waiver of the 17-year-old age requirement by a decision issued by the Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces, whether the appointment is made before or after the enactment of the aforementioned law.
