Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine № 162, “On specifics of payment and delivery of pensions and cash assistance during the period of martial law”

This resolution was adopted, among other purposes, to ensure the stability of social assistance payments to children with disabilities who turned 18 in February 2022, as well as those reaching this age in subsequent months during martial law. The measure aims to support individuals who, due to martial law conditions, were unable to undergo the required medical and social examination to confirm their disability status. Under this resolution, such assistance will continue for the entire duration of martial law and for an additional month after its termination, preventing any interruption in support due to administrative or logistical challenges arising from wartime conditions.
