(HRW) – Human Rights Watch has documented numerous child rights violations in Pakistan in recent years. This submission relates to Articles 2, 6, 8, 19, 20, 24, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 34, 35, 37, 38, and 40 of the Convention of the Rights of the Child. In the appendix, we have attached a chapter documenting attacks on schools, students, and teachers as well as the military use of schools in Pakistan. This was drafted by the Global Coalition to Protect Education from Attack, a coalition which Human Rights Watch belongs to. This chapter can be found here.
